Products, pricing and stock
Shopify controls the live catalog, PHP pricing when enabled, inventory and checkout total. Confirm specifications, compatibility, shipping, duties and the final currency before paying.
Order acceptance
Checkout is an offer to buy. An order is accepted after payment approval and fulfillment confirmation. We may reject or cancel for fraud, sanctions, insufficient stock or a material pricing or listing error.
Cross-border delivery
Customers must provide accurate recipient, address, telephone and customs information. Carrier and customs time frames are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns, warranty and safe use
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Quality or delivery issues are reviewed under the returns policy, warranty and mandatory law. Professional tools must be used by a competent person and according to safety instructions.
