This storefront serves delivery addresses in the Philippines. Available services, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, taxes and duties are shown or confirmed during Shopify Checkout.
Cross-border fulfillment
Orders are dispatched from China after payment, stock and order checks. The customer must provide an accurate recipient name, address, telephone number and any customs information requested.
Tracking and delays
Tracking is shown when carrier data becomes available. Customs, remote areas, public holidays, weather and carrier disruption can affect estimates; displayed delivery dates are not guarantees.
Damage, shortage or wrong item
Inspect the parcel promptly and contact support with the order number, shipping label, packaging, photos and relevant video. Keep all packaging until the review is complete.
